    Yeah still a baby really and stepped up and beat Michael Perez who was touted. He's a big puncher this kid and lays it all on the line. Seems a very nice lad as well so he's got potential to cross over. Puts them together as you can see.

    I've only seen his last fight against Abner Cotto and that ended way to early to tell how good he is,this fight looks like its going the same way.He looks very very aggressive and might punch himself out if it continues at this pace and Arakawa survives the next few rounds,could get interesting.

    Yeah he fights a little to much do or die IMO. I think Joel has to somehow cool it without taking away the great aggression Omar has.

    If arakawa is doing what i think hes doing, this could be the best gameplan I've ever seen. It looks like hes trying to tire figueroa out to me. he can throw much harder punches than hes throwing. hes just throwing arm punches. and hes capable of boxing and moving. i think hes trying to tire figueroa out and then knock him out

    Figueroa has met one tough guy and if he don't get off them ropes this fight could be taken from him. He can't win this fight like this IMO. He's being forced to fight the Japanese fighters fight.

    Dogfight!!.

    arakawa has tasted the power and ELECTED to stay in there. I think hes conserving his energy as well. Hes throwing the odd harder punch now and then. Fascinating fight!

    Arakawa smiles even when KD :rofl.

    Figueroa may have second wind here as he gets another KD. I think he will go onto win this now.
