Only this sport you can win multiple championships and avoid threats. Pathetic.

He is as protected as Alvarez.

    No chance.

  10. To be fair I was expecting a bus driver from Arum for Chavez after a decent opponent last time out.

Still, laughable that HBO pay for this ****, though I suppose they are bound to if it sells.

I agree. If you ignore the fact it's being sold as a ''world'' title fight then there's not much to complain about imo. Just a continuation of Chavez's slow and calculated bedding in at world level. I'd expect him to step it up to a far greater degree with his next fight, though.

I'm not really that bothered about whether Chavez, Jr fights Martinez or not tbh. As far as I'm concerned Martinez is the World Middleweight Champion, and Chavecito having the WBC alphabelt title doesn't make it a fight I want to see. I'm intrigued as to whether Martinez's superior ability would overcome the sheer size difference, but I don't hate Chavez and as I think Martinez is a couple of levels above him right now it's just not a fight I urgently want.

I would rather see Chavez fight Murray than Andy Lee. I don't think Murray would actually win, but I'm not sold on Andy Lee at all.

Hell has a better chance of freezing over than Jose sillyman taking that belt from Chavez Jr.

**** fight, Murray is barely Euro-level.
