Where's the option for 'he's talented, and is starting to take tougher fights to prove it'?

Absolutely. Guaranteed. Unless he runs into some kind of roadblock or performs much poorer than expected in his next fight. Why the hell do you think he's with Roach? The boy is ready to step his game up and get real with it.

He's an okay fighter and getting better. Yes, he's made a name off of his dad but he is playing the hand he was dealt. It is what it is. He seems to have a good punch, good chin, now a great trainer. You never know. He could be a champ someday.

chavez jnr is a decent enough fighter
entertaining to watch /good power and willing to take one to give one.

he is a bit of a plodder and there are obvious styles who would give him fits and school him.

    he is what he is.

he should not be a PPV fighter that bit irritates me but if people are willing to pay, its me who is wrong and his promotion team that is right capitilising on him and making themselves and him much more money than his talent alone could generate.

nepitism is in all walks of life, and here we see it in boxing.

That someday being the day that Kirkland, Lee, Williams, Martinez, Sturm, Jacobs, and Pirog all quit?
