i'm agreeing with almost everybody else. This guy sucks, all he's worried about is having a record like his fathers instead of stepping up and fighting a real challenge.why not fight paul williams? He's tall and strong like jcc jr. Oh wait i know why! Because he'll get knocked the **** out in five rounds at the most!!!!!!

Papa won't allow him to fight the big boys yet because he's only 22 years old. Wait till he gets 35 and he's ready for Paul Williams or Miguel Cotto. :rofl:rofl:rofl

Some real fickle fans on this board. Chavez is/has literally grown up in front of our eyes. The kid started at 130 and cant even make light middle anymore. He has no amatuer background and is doing things much the same way his dad did by fighting frequently. Personally i think his matchmakers are doing a terrific job getting him all these bouts as the kid is literally learning on the job. Thats a tall order and a tough ask. So far in nearly 40 fights the kid seems to be doing well and hasnt lost a bout yet. Iv got no problem at all with him learning on the job before he truly finds his weight and settles in a division where he can make some noise. He gets tons of props from me.

His dad had been throwing tantrums lately when Oscar chose to fight Pac instead of his son.Oscar countered that his son should fight Vanda first before thinking of fighting him. W/ this lackluster win against Vanda, do you think JR. has earned the right to fight Oscar? Who do you think Oscar should fight next assuming he beat Pacquiao?

In my opinion Oscar should retire. Unless he wants to get back in the mix at 47 he has no business flip flopping with boxing and fighting blown up flyweights to teh tune of big dollars.

The only reason why Chavez Snr wants his son to fight Oscar is because of the amount of money both would stand to make which would be huge. An all mexican clash against two of Mexico`s most famous names? That has sweep sweep written all over it. Chavez Jnr certainly hasnt earnt that right yet considering he`s still a prospect.
