Its mexico chavez could get away with almost anything there except tax evasion. Maybe you feel he lost because you think it went 12 rounds. They didn't get away from the garbage they had to catch after the fight. I thought Vanda did more and won the fight to the point where even Chavez' father came up with a "sick" excuse simply because his son wasn't impressive at all. Maybe it was closer than I saw it and need to rewatch but right now I think Vanda deserved it and showed he wanted it more. Yes and I openly admit I dislike both Sr. and Jr. and don't even consider Sr. a legend.

 

i've admitted to liking alot of mexican fighters and come fight night of course i usually favor the mexican....but what does that prove man, i mean if i aint a fan of neither fighter, one has green , white and red and the other has red and yellow...of course i'm gonna hope for the mexican to win....but that's meaningless and doesn't back up your arguement at all....especially when i'm admitting to it :rofl :rofl

No doubt. Look at that Williams/Airich fight from a few weeks ago. Who was at fault there? Airich or his shady promoter? The promoter. Everyone was having a go at Oner and not his fighter, and rightly so. Chavez Jr. doesn't deserve any blame because someone else ****ed up and it suited him.

If he pulled a ***** move like in the Soto/Lorenzo fight, then I could see why people would be pissed at him, but he did nothing wrong.

Yea you should rewatch it again and not give Vanda the benefit of the doubt just cause he was an underdog going into someone elses backyard. It may also depend on how you score fights or judge them. I base judging on effectiveness.

 

Nice attempt to hint posts at me, there are a lot of Mexican fighters I admire, Morales being one of them and an all-time favorite. Only difference here is that I don't judge fighters based on race unlike others.
