    Article came out today stating Chavez Jr's team is having second doubts about fighting Martinez next year.....


    This is a disappointment! I mean seriously how much longer does he need before stepping up against someone good? I mean he is a title holder but scare to fight someone good?! He is trying to copy his dad and rack up bunch of wins before his first loss? He won't bc he is not as good as his Dad so he needs to quit delaying the inevitable.

    It was some hbo ceo that said this right? total disgrace, they are going to match chavez with the cotto vs marg winner and pass by martinez. Its really humiliating for boxing that things like this happen, we all know sergio is the true 160 king, not until he gets beaten by someone will I acknowlegde another guy as middleweight champion.

    what really pisses me off is that they have the nerve to put him on PPV. The kid has proven NOTHING and getting PPVS? No wonder he doesn't care to fight someone good.
