While I think you let a young fighter develop and thats why I didnt want to see this fight so soon. Sergio has been talking way too much ****. So its time for Jr to shut his moth. 70/30 split in Jr's favor maybe 65/35 should get the fight done. Do it in LA the crowd will be huge.

I agree. Chavez Jr knows how to take a punch well, and is very aggressive. It spells trouble any way you see it. It will be a bad night if Martinez cannot cope with his aggression.

    Martinez loses by points.

70-30 is ridic, should be 55-45 if anything.

I leave the split to the professional accountants on this forum but Sergio will TKO Jr in the late rounds.

Chavez is a huge middleweight. His style would cause martinez a lot of problems because I don't think that sergio would be able to keep chavez off of him.

Chavez is a come forward fighter without good defense. That is easy work for Martinez.

I'm not really impressed by Martinez, Jr can take big shots and will work martinez body, I guess it will be a close fight.

By the way in twitter Chavez offered 60/40 on September 15/16, that is the biggest payday Martinez will get in his life so he should take it

Chavez has never fought someone who can punch as hard as Sergio Martinez

Why should a fighter who is ranked in the p4p get less money than some mexican hype job?

call it 50/50 to get the ****ing fight made and call it at that

    Sergio KO

If he offered 60/40 and Sergio doesnt take that Sergio dont want it with Chavez then thats a great deal

I give jr a good chance to beat Martinez. Rubio is a tough KO artist and he couldn't dent jr. Chavez is way too big and will be able to take Martinez's punches well. He'll bully martinez around the ring and give Martinez fits.
