That's about average for an athlete in a full-scale training camp.

For an average adult male (who's not that active), it's 2500 calories a day to maintain weight. For athletes who train a lot, the figure is MUCH higher. Phelps ate 12,000 calories a day training for the 2008 Olympics because his body had to use that much.

another thing that makes your stamina appear better is pacing yourself. That's just good strategy and a good trainer will implement a gameplan so that his fighter can pace himself. Chavez did that really well throughout the fight. I remember one of the rounds I said "Chavez seems to be taking a round off." I think it was the 8th.

Not only that Jr was working more efficiently than before. He wasted little and only moved enough to get out of range from his opponents offense while staying in position to counter. It was a very good performance for Jr.

Why are you hiding under a different name? Don't think I don't know it's you ******.

Let me guess, some ****** Korean who makes threads about crying over films and about flowers, sits in his mum's basement making up fantasy stories about his pathetic little life why he sits and cries over his pencil-wang?

Am I in the ball-park there?

its sad but its the days we live in when u get better there are gonna be suspicions but i dont really blame the athlete its up to the organization to make mandatory testing and it has to be random to be effective most of the stuff they are using now can be out of your system within 48hrs
