    Chavez vs Murray.

What do you make of the fight? With Murray not being able to fight in the States, this is probably a fight he'd have to take (Chavez will want it in Mexico).

If the money's right I think Murray would take it, how do you see it going?

Murray's a hard man, Will fight anyone. No nonsense type which everyone in country should get behind. TBH the Middleweights (British/Irish) are good lads they all want the big fights and will travel for it.

I think Murray's proven his worth, I'd like to see him vs Geale. TBH i'd like to see Barker vs Geale as well. But if this is a big payday and he fancies it why not it's winnable and TBH he's in sport to provide for family there's only a short time span to get money in and manage it properly. Take it if offers right, like Saturday a top display wins him fans although not getting nod he's earning another payday and chance.

He has a criminal record that makes it unikely that he will be allowed into the States. Indeed a 2011 bout with Chavez (set for Texas) was called off because of this.

Not many fighters will go to Mexico, so if they find somebody willing to go (Murray) they will need to pay him nicely for it. I'm pretty sure he'd be looking at half a million or maybe more.

I would like him to pick up a decent name on his record before going after chavez but hattons lack of tv deal makes things difficult.

Don't want to see him come a high class world level journeymen who travels to everybodies back yard, as he won't get any decisions at all if he goes to the likes of Mexico and Argentina due to his visa issues

Can Chavez even make 160 anymore ? Get him up to 168 so we can see potential FOTY between Froch and Chavez.

Regardless of how you scored the fight, Murray beat the living **** out of Martinez. Chavez Jr was schooled for 11 and a half rounds.

Even if Julio comes in at his usual heavyweight on fight night, I think Murray could seriously beat him up even worse. Martin is a hard *******.

However, I seriously think he should never go to another opponents back yard ever again after the other night. His deserves a world title fight in the UK now, somebody should have the balls to come to his backyard instead.

Murray and Golovkin are definitely the men to beat at 160lbs now, Sergio is finished.

You dont finish a fight (that most people scored closely) when you have had the living **** beat out of you

You do get knocked down twice, have a cut above your eye and keep needing the referee to help you though. That's what Sergio did. He underestimated Murray clearly and got a pasting for it, just the judges bailed him out.

You do have a knack of complete exaggeration and oversimplification, don't you?

He lost a close fight. Get over it. The majority of neutral observers don't have a problem with who won.
