Yeah think I got lucky there, first offence for that kind of ****, and I just said guilty to save the **** around. 250 community hours making garden benches.... Wasnt too harsh I'm a joiner! Soz mate, that was to your previous post...clicked wrong one!
Nah, they're right to refuse entry for a repeat offender. Id be pissed if they were allowing people with repeat relatively serious offences into my country on a work visa. He's just going to live with his actions as a young adult.
Yeah but people can change mate. I completely understand your viewpoint but i find it outdated to say let him live with what he has done. He has taken the hard route in life and has paid his penance and straightened himself out. Bernard was no angel himself just like Tyson. I like to forgive and forget, if someone has been completely legit for like 5 years+ then they should be given a chance. Can't fault you for thinking otherwise but like I say, it's hard to sort your life out and Murray has done just that. He deserves a chance.
On the gf they're saying its likely to be Vanes Martiryosan (or however you spell his stupid ****ing name)
I dont get it with sportsmen thougfh. Do they think hes gonna go on a rampage whilst over there for the biggest night of his career?
Your the one who brought up the spastic comment about him having a belt? What sort of stupid bitter comment is that? Yeah, if he had a world championship belt immigration would go against all protocol and roll out the red carpet..
Bitter **** you on about? i don't even rate Murray that highly i made a comment. you didn't need the errrr bit you pratt whether it's right or wrong. Next time you get something wrong i'll start posting as a spaz like you aye..:roll:atsch.
Yeah they can change, but obviously his convictions were numerous and serious enough to refuse a visa. Once off offenders generally will get away with it, sometimes even twice. But to have serious offences on your record on your rap sheet will take an awful lot of convincing, and even then, how can immigration be satisfied, all they have to go on is someone's word. For that, you can't blame them. He probably will be granted one eventually anyway, but I definitely think its right that he is made wait until they are sure he can be trusted. Also, it sends out a great message to any criminals thinking of emigrating to America, don't bother, your not wanted..
