Bull**** if that happens. Totally unfair to DeGale (whom I don't even really like), who through no fault of his own just saw his eliminator with Badou Jack fall to pieces. DeGale held up his end of the bargain in beating Khatchikian, but with Jack getting KTFO the night before it complicates matters. It should be at least DeGale vs. Chavez in an eliminator if they were being fair about it, but with his connections and strings pulled for him as usual Chavez probably will jump right ahead of him without having to meet him in the ring. :-(
...not to mention that both Dirrell and Periban have legitimate cases to make for deserving a Bika rematch. Chavez is so unbelievably far out from the front of the line deserving a crack for simply resolving his business with Vera, it isn't even funny.
DeGale can fight for the title afterwards...He will get step aside $, which is good whenever it happens :good
Good for his immediate financial situation, bad for the sport. Guys should never be ushered ahead in line based on their name recognition instead of merit.
jr will be crying to the ref all night vs bika maybe for good reason tho. he was whining like a lil ***** all night vs vera.
I can see what you guys are talking about, but De Geale likes the step aside $ why not :think That said Bika frustration with his life, might motivate him to volume punch Chavez into his first stoppage loss...:think
I want to see Degale v Chavez with the winner getting a shot. Degale gas been playing by the WBCs rules they shouldn't screw him. James will also outbox Chavez for my money.
