Chavez Jr. Wants His Suspension Reduced

    Apparently, Chavez Jr. is claiming that he had no idea he was given the diuretic lasix. Moreover, his corner alleges that his efforts were so that he could make weight. He did not know what he was taking, yet he used it to cut his weight. The claim sounds unbelievable.

    Lasix is controversial for two reasons one it allows you to cut your weight quickly and it will mask other drugs.

    Appealing his suspension would be a real mistake right now considering the current debate concerning ped's.

    I say Chavez Jr. meets John Ruiz at a catch weight of 198 lbs. The winner is forced to retire and the loser is forced to hang himself in Valuev's closet.

    He tested positive for Lasix a diuretic that also can mask steroids and marijuana.

    You honestly find that surprising?

    He is mexican, he isnt college educated, and I doubt he is the smartest of guys.

    I have family members that are college educated but will take herbal mixes that a "doctor natural" makes for them when they visit baja.

    Its for weight loss and intestinal health. They havent a ****ing clue as to what it actually is


    So no, I dont find that unbelievable at all
