    Let's see, Sergio just gave Paul Williams one of the toughest fights of his career, and most people feel he could give Pavlik a rough time for quite a few rounds, but Chavez Jr wants to fight him.:think

    Sounds like an ass whoopin' of epic proportions. We're talking Larry Holmes vs Marvis Frazier type ass whoopin':hey

    I was thinking along the same lines. After the Williams fight Martinez deserves a nice easy 'name' fight against a guy with a horribly misleading unbeaten record. People would watch just to see Chavez Jr. get knocked out and he'll get the fame and recognition he deserves from much more challenging fights earlier on. Sad thing is it'll never happen.

    Good... even if Chavez Jr. gets completely exposed and knocked the **** out it's still a good thing he's finally taking a step up in class. Although this seems to be one hell of a step up!

    He wont gain that much respect if a seriously fired up Martinez blitzes him in a couple of rounds! My initial thoughts are Junior should consider that Martinez has ebola and keep as far away from him as possible! Unless he wants a decent pay-day!

    And after the Williams fight and with JC Chavez's son in the opposite corner, Sergio is extremely unlikely to be anything other than "In the red"!!:fire

    Don't see this fight happening. If it does ( which i am hoping for ) - Have only seen 2/3 of each boxers fights but that is enough to tell me Chavez Jr. will recieve a brutal KO!
