I've watched the guy train and while he's as likely as anyone else to be on PEDs, I doubt it.

Chavez, for starters, has never been particularly strong or athletic for his weight class. He gets by on sound technique and a helluva hook.

I think diuretics rather than PEDs are likely with Chavez, he's already been caught for it before and he's a massive Middleweight, I mean the guy gains 20lbs from weigh in to fight day. That's astronomical !
