You do know he cut down from 190-200lbs to make that weight and was weight drained? Its okay though, the world is in for a surprise when it comes to Kirkland. Soon enough he'll get the recognition he demands.
Yeah, I realize the extenuating circumstances. Ishida wouldn't beat Kirkland in a rematch. Making allowances for all those extenuating circumstances still doesn't cover the huge gulf in quality between Ishida and Martinez. Sergio sparks him, IMO. :conf Would have when campaigning at 154 and will at 160 if Kirkland moves up.
Hey, he could always have his purse withheld if Chavez forces him to quit on a knee in very un-Mexican fashion...like poor Meny: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=388635 A fate worse than death for an iron chinned warrior like Marg. He'd never live it down.
Chavez vs Vanes coming up....instead of facing a guy like Murray who might actually win he'll be facing a not even top 10 from the divsion below despite being the biggest guy in the divison above hahah sweet! Either that or Margarito which is even worse.
Chavez vs Lee, winner fights Martinez. Would be awesome. Then Pirog vs Golovkin, winner fights winner of above. See how easy it is to sort out a weightclass? Pretty damn simple. Will it happen? Hardly.
