    How would a Chavez Sr. at 147 fight go against Margarito at welterweight ?

    I hear ya man would be awesome fight but i'm leaning with Margarito being too big with just as much volume and strength as Chavez

    Make it a poll and I guess I just started a trend. I think Margo is to big for him at this weight, but not better thats for sure

    Margarito.

    Chavez was obviously the greater/better fighter, but not the better welterweight.

    Margarito is not just an average sized welter either, he's a big one.

    Take that beating Tszyu gave him and times it by 3 and you'll figure out what happens to Chavez at 147 against Margo.

    ha ha no one is giving Chavez a shot in hell against Margo at 147 but in the Chavez-Cotto thread people are giving him a big chance to beat a 147 version of cotto

    Just because of the size plus WW is not his natural weight at all. Cotto is a NATURAL WW, who will have problems against Margo himself. If you said Duran vs Margo than I will say Duran
