i dont think that would work out, everyone says Chavez doesnt train as hard as he should and has even gotten DUI's before while Beristain seems like a very strict trainer but those are the rumors:think
Nacho would not keep him in camp long. Besides I dont really see Chavez benefiting from this. Beristain does like aggressive fighters but they are typically counter punchers.
Chavez fits with Roach's Offensive Stratrgy. Maravilla was simply too much for Chavez and seemed to ignore Roach in the fight.
I just dont want to see Martinez/Chavez 2 . I dont think Chavez deserves a rematch with that performance against Sergio . a rematch makes no sense .
agree it would be like making a Mosley/Mayweather rematch just because Mosley had Mayweather almost out even though he lost the rest of the rounds
Is everyone on the nacho bandwagon now? He would be ok with roach, if he decides to do things properly. If he feels roach is losing his touch and taking on too much then maybe a change is justified but only if chavez is committed to following the new trainer
No no no, please no. Don't waste Nacho's precious remaining time in the game and invaluable knowledge base (best saved for those who'll appreciate and make the most of it), you little *****.
There's plenty of time to change that with the right guidance. But he has to be willing to himself. He's got quite far without it though, but will have to improve his attitude for the better fighters.
Nacho would tell him to **** off immediatley. "Largate a la chingada, pinche mocoso pendejo..Aqui vienes a BOXEAR no a hecharte un pinche toce!"
