Heard it over @ the Scene.

If this fight happens then Golovkin is officially ducking Ward.

Believe or not. I would actually give GGG props if he did fight JCC Jr.

    LOL..

Stevenson is the LHW Champion, Genius. Kovalev is just a TOMATO CAN crushing contender and Triple-Duck is, well, a Triple Duck. Get a clue...

terribly unhealthy option for chavez jr. his team should be looking out for his
safety and due to Jr having a real iron chin he will take serious and possibly career
and life threatening damage. chavez should NEVER be thrown in the ring with GGG.

terrible terrible move, great move by team GGG but so bad from scumbag arum. if chavez
and his team were really looking for his best interests they would help him destroy vera tomorrow.
thats a foregone conclusion then he should target the winner of froch v groves. those are 2 decent
level fighters who couldnt ever have a chance at beating a trained Jr. thats a betters dream matchup.

both definately tko/ko wins for jr then he shoul target ward and see if he can train his ass off and a
truly in great tip top shape Chavez Jr could shock most of the boxing community by stopping ward
late. thats not too far fetched. he goes straight to GGG and that will gauranteed be his last time seeing
the inside of a ring in a healthy manner. way too dangerous for chavez, his chin will make it even
worse for Jr. he shocks most fans by shocking ward then he can go to GGG for huge huge, family wide

You Triple-Ducktards have been running around talking about how Triple-Duck doesn't need to move up to 168 right now and how Triple-Duck needs to clean out 160.

I'd love to hear how you Triple-Ducktards explain this fight if it gets signed...

    So what?

You're talking as if A) Ward can sign fight contracts which he can't right now until further notice, and B) Goossen has made K2 offer for a Ward fight at 168 which he hasn't. There.

please tell me you are joking anf not this ignorant.
the dude has NOT once fought at 168 and you think if he takes
a fight with anyone other than ward as his first fight there he is ducking ?
STFU, so by your logic IF ward doesnt offer GGG MORE than Chavez
eventually does the ward of officially ducking GGG ?

sounds fairly reasonable. that about how it works for you ?

why would GGG accepting a jr fight for career payday be ducking ward ?
are you phukin kidding me ? so if GGG doesnt go directly from 40 to 69 immediately
fighting the top 68 lber he is somehow ducking him ?

if my memory is serving me correctly, i remember team GGG whole goal was to build his
name bigger and bigger before fighting ward so they have some negotating power at the
table. guess what, ko'ing Jr will help build his name, exactly what GGG teams wants..

an Ward has NOT offered GGG a fight at all, if chavez comes with a once in career seen so far
offer taking that does NOT mean he is ducking anyone. **** he still has a few 60 lbers to clean up
IF they honor being title holders.. GGG is going to start tearing through all the so called tough guys.
he will look better and have an easier time with froch and groves than he did with stevens.

time will show the ignorant what up with this god like force GGG

Here you go, princess. Read up. :deal

“As far as 160 is concerned, I think that it is only fair to [Golovkin] to allow him to exhaust all possibilities before he does anything above 160. I think that there’s three or four guys that, hopefully within the next year, all those problems, network problems and all those issues get resolved and we end up fighting because they have to fight him. If [Golovkin] reigns supreme at 160, then I don’t doubt that we will move up to 168. And there’s several fighters there at 168 that we can go after,” said Sanchez.

At 168, the recognized champion is Andre Ward, who has cleaned the division out and then some. Ward shares Golovkin’s problem in that he is also an HBO fighter with no marquee name to fight at his weight beyond the brand name of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. But that is a hard fight to promote considering Junior was exposed by Martinez, who is perceived to not be the boxer Ward is. All of this makes Ward-Golovkin an attractive fight for both men. Another name that would make for an interesting fight for Golovkin is WBA/IBF titlist Carl Froch, who brings a tough style and drawing power both at the gate and on TV.

“I think that all those three names are possibilities and they would be good for boxing,” said Sanchez, “but the Ward fight may not be the most exciting fight for boxing but I think that in order to be considered the best at 168, you have to fight the best at 168 and Ward right now is the best. But all three of those fights would be easy to make. In order to control the division at 168 like [Golovkin] would at 160, you have to fight those guys. Hopefully, Chavez Jr. stays at that division and he doesn’t grow out of it. Froch would be a great fight in my opinion. And just because of the styles, Ward may not be as great a fight but I think it would be a tactical fight between two guys that can really fight.”

let's see how jr looks tomorrow night but i honestly think he could beat ggg at 168, he will be too big and i don't think ggg's power will move up with him to 168. ggg will be a tad over 168 and jr will come in at 180 or more.

huh ? you just start following this great sport ? due to your ignorance regarding what a duck is and isnt shows that ignorance to be crystal clear

his fans do think he should clean out 160 first but i dont feel
confident any of the contenders at 160 are going to end up offering
    to fight him.

Jr the biggest payday from 160-175 easily, if he offers you a ppv date you dont think
the best 160/168 later to 175 fighter out there should decline it ? you guys sound
like paq fans. you if you decline the fight then he is now ducking you.
you clowns and this ducking BS need to STFU. most of you dont even understand
what a duck in and what circumstances have to be present for any certain fight
be considered a duck. first leanr the understanding of a duck within boxing then
you can come back and use the phrase in the correct way FOR ONCE
