at 130??? who wins?? Chavez obviouslly the bigger stronger fighter. MOrales an Elite boxer who jus loved to brawl. He is a disciplined fighter who could implement a strategy to outbox anyone. I know most will pick CHavez by KO but how would it play out???
Erik would strafe from long distance early to mid rounds, land his share of right hands and dish out some punishment. JCC would eventually turn the fight into a close range slugfest on the ropes thru constant pressure and a withering body attack, EM would battle back ferociously but get seriously damaged and stopped late after a series of knockdowns.
:deal this guy knows what time it is only that Chavez doesn't come in weightdrained but at his best ever and still loses kostas tszyu style.
I say this with all honesty and sincerity.......out of the mini-fab four, I give Morales the least chance to win vs JC Chavez. Morales body is to skinny. Chavez would break that body in two. I dont see this matchup going very much past the halfway point. Chavez would have absolutely no respect for Morales' punching power at 130 lbs and as a result there is absolutely no way Morales survives the body attack that Chavez would surely inflict upon him.
Chavez had a couple of close calls at 130 because he wasn't as polished and towards the end of his reign his was struggling with the weight. Morales can push this Chavez pretty close I reckon...but I just can't see him winning.
