Any of you guys take cheat days from your diet when your training? I always try to keep it clean but can't stop thinking of food atm lol

Very occasionally a cheat meal or a bad snackfest, but then I only start feeling guilty and try to make up for it for the rest of the day. That coupled with my body not really appreciating it hardly makes it worthwhile.

    Sad buggers aren't we lol.

You need to cheat sometimes, or when you eventually cave in you will binge. at least thats what happens with most people on a diet

I gues that depends on how serious you are, maybe if you're a pro if not I'm sure a cheat day is fine.

I train not for any other reason than to keep fit. feel good, look good, and I like to think I eat ok but I sometimes go mental at the weekends!

Had been going 7 weeks, no fights coming up soon so thought I'd take the day off. Still got a few kilo's to lose but it always fires you up to go harder after a cheat day.
