Every single time Jacob fails to adhere to basic procedures that are in place for professionals, that 95% of fighters manage to follow, it's because it was difficult for poor jacobs.

He is trying to gain a weight advantage by bypassing the rules and coming in over 180lbs. That is cheating.

This is after the whole late VADA sign up which you will tell me it's not Jacob's fault, because again 'poor jacobs didn't know'

It would be cheating if all the organisations demanded a same day weigh-in. Fact is they don't. So only the IBF belt is affected.

Jacobs gets to keep the IBF sanctioning fee he would have otherwise had to pay too.
