So.. while I was running today at the end of my workout I was thinking about the times when I let my diet slip.. or I don't work out as hard as I could.. I was thinking how many other people might want to confess some things..

For example.. earlier today I ate 5 double chocolate chip cookies.. they tasted delicious, but I am sure they were down right horrible for me.

So? What makes you slip in your training? Is it tasty sweets? Lazyness on the bag or the gym? Too much drinking and smoking?

If eating 5 chocolate chip cookies makes a difference, when you aren't trying to make weight, you aren't focusing on the right things when you train.

well.. as a heavy.. really it is just the keeping the fat off.. growing up I had a horrible sweet tooth.. and still do.. I would be known to kill a lot of cheese cake in one sitting before.. by the way, those 5 cookies became more like 9 inbetween these postings..

I've had so many moments of weakness to where I actually said **** it all, and fell off. Always had a problem with staying focused, but now, im in a good mental place.

Boredom, I cannot stand boredom, not at all.

That and social anxiety.Lots and lots of things.
