    There's a Brazilian chap who posts here and on Boxrec (who obviously knows more about the Brazilian boxing scene than me) and he's convinced this guy is fake.

    His manager is this chap, who also has a padded record and has been battered every time he's left Brazil. He managed to con his way to being ranked WBO #5. Check out the dreadful Photoshopping on his profile :lol:

    Bezerra's amateur record is fake. Look at the amateur tournaments he "won" - he had to beat 10 opponents to win a regional tournament? The ****?

    2 - F
    4 - SF
    8 - QF
    16 - R7
    32 - R6
    64 - R5
    128 - R4
    256 - R3
    512 - R2
    1024 - R1

    So 1024 boxers entered an amateur tournament in just one weight class in just one region of Brazil? Blatant fraud.

    I'm amazed Boxrec have fallen for this - they went out of their way to label Haye-Chisora as unsanctioned yet they accept bull**** like this without question.

    He has beat a lot of fighters with decent winning record so I don't think it is that bad.

    As I've already said, his record is almost certainly falsified. These fights never happened. It's also pretty likely the winning records of his opponents are falsified as well.

    william fernando souza bezerra is a complete joke. no doubt his record is padded, alterated and his fights r staged like this 1

    also look how long the round is. its almost 4 minutes long! LOL

    I know there's a bunch of Latvian guys who tried doing the same thing too, and have since had their records expunged. Pretty much every fight that's ever taken place at Club Rigas Rings is a complete fraud.
