Honestly, the only thing stopping Julio from getting the KO is the weight. Julio's gonna be drained, but he's also got the best doping expert on the planet in Heredia helping him and there's no VADA testing involved. For Canelo's health, GBP should force VADA testing... But Canelo's clearly on PEDs as well, so maybe not.

If success was determined by how many falsehoods you could drop in one paragraph you'd be a champion.

You want the best of both worlds, GBP has allowed Julio to weigh 4.5 lbs over the Middleweight Limit. Don't act like 164.5 lbs is unreasonable. Canelo is giving away a ton of weight to make this fight. Jr made 158 lbs vs Martinez 4 years ago. At 158 lbs he still managed to rattle Martinez's world and all but ended the man's career with that beatdown in the 12th round. If he did that to Martinez after 12 long rounds while drained, well he'll be much less drained vs Canelo, so you do the math. Jr could come in at 165 and still make his biggest payday in years.

You do realize that Junior has gone up to Super Middleweight and LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT, right? And he's been stopped since Sergio. He's going to be DRAINED unless Memo can work a miracle.

Talking about memos "roid works" that completely transforms fighters?

Jr is going to be roided out of his mind according to you but you still think its a cherry pick. You cant have it both ways

It was and is still a cherrypick... They want Chavez Jr. @ 164.5 despite him fighting at super middle and light heavyweight. This backfire could come with the introduction of Memo to Chavez's corner.

Are you one of the morons who still think Floyd and JMM weren't roided against Pacquiao?

Canelo is though and Julio is a passive fighter, who likes to wait for his moments.

"Weighed in at 158 4.5 years ago so 164½ is reasonable."

Haha. Cherrypicking the history. I guess we're supposed to forget he couldn't make 170 1.5 years ago.

As for the opening post, weight is not the only thing stopping Julio from getting the KO. He's also not good enough to beat Canelo Alvarez, regardless of the weight.

Julio is less skilled than Canelo, but he's a massive dude with power. And he's got the chin (well, he used to) to walk through Canelo and bring the heat.

I thought Julio Jr. looked pretty damn good in his match against Britsch, and he was 168, I doubt it'll hurt him that much taking off 3 pounds in the next 5 months, since he's probably still in shape from that match, this has potential upset written all over it.

You never know, Oscar may pay off the judges to let Julio win just to set up a trilogy and avoid putting Canelo in the ring with GGG.

Chavez might beat El Pollo, I would not be surprised if Chavez won.................I would say that Oscar appears to have cleared a win for his pet chicken though..............Chavez should knock some feathers off him though.............
