I want to get people's opinions on how Pacquiao's cherrypicks match up against Mayweather's cherrypicks in a fight. I don't agree that the Bradley rematch was a cherry pick, but that's the consensus I've been hearing. So, whatever. If you have a different one, you can use it. What would be the outcome of these cherrypick vs cherrypick fights? Berto vs Rios/Algieri/Bradley Ortiz vs Rios/Algieri/Bradley Guerrero vs Rios/Algieri/Bradley
LMFAO @ bradley not being a cherry pick, but you have the audacity to compare Ortiz and Guerrero to Algieri and Rios. You weren't watching boxing when Floyd fought Ortiz or Guerrero were you?
1. a. Bradley UD Berto b. Berto SD/UD/MD Rios c. Algieri UD Berto 2. a. Rios TKO Ortiz b. Algieri UD Ortiz c. Bradley UD Ortiz 3. a. Guerrero UD Rios b. Algieri UD Guerrero c. Bradley UD Guerrero
I agree with you besides maybe Berto vs Rios. It would be a good fight but the Rios of his last fight versus Alvarado would KO Berto, I think. Definitely agree that Bradley beats them all. Bradley would beat Algieri and Rios as well.
Rios coming off a loss has to be the biggest cherry pick by far. Second would be Algieri, who only beat Provo while many had ruslan winning. Third would be Guerrero/Ortiz who had far better resumes. Berto and Rios would be around the same level of acherry pick at this point of his career.
again, my definition of cherrypicking in terms of boxing is choosing to fight the lesser threat that is available within your weight range. rios i agree is a cherry pick for pac, not algieri or bradley.
HAHAHAHA, rios not a safe cherry pick? The guy got utterly schooled by Abril, and it was hsi first fight at WW, where he's proved not to have much power. The only KO or guy he could hurt was a meth head in Alvarado.
Rios loses to a prime version of them all. Is Rios better than a prime Freddy Hernandez who beat Collazo, Jan Zaveck or Quintana?
Naw...but Berto has problems with Rios type of style, but the thing with Berto is he can explode at any given moment with speed and power even at this stage... in his prime though i think he beats rios and so does ortiz.
