Arguello - yes. Sanchez - **** no. Ps. The only thing Wayne McCullouch found was himself in the ring vs the best fighter of his career taking the hardest punches - by his own admission - of his career. Sure he landed a few, he still lost about 118-110... I wish someone would `find` me like that
Morales has the better career and is better p4p. But this matchup is stacked in corrales' favor. Morales was at his best at 122-126. He had decent power at those weights but his power didnt follow him well at 130 so even though Chico was known to have a vulernable chin, I dont think Morales would hurt him much. I think Chico is just too big and has too much power. Maybe Morales could pull out a UD but I think Chico takes it. Dont forget though that Chico changes his style up towards the end of his career around the Frietas fight always wanted to trade and war like Gatti. Earlier on he was a more boxer puncher so its possible it goes UD and Morales outboxes him if he keeps his focus and doesnt try to trade and Chico is happy to just box and not press it.
I dont see Morales taking it easy and box Corrales for 12 straight rounds at one point of the fight he would trade with Corrales and he would get knocked out.
^^ actually i see Morales trading with Chico often and turning it into a war.. If he were to face a pure boxer, then maybe he'll be composed enough to box against the boxer but Chico isnt that guy.. He'd most likely try to slug it out with Morales and with morales being the macho guy that he is would respond " jooo wanna go to war "?? and he'd go toe to toe just to prove a point..
