thats the only way I see Pacman winning, but I do think he would do just that. Move in and out, good lateral movement, with good combos while coming in and out. His speed would be too much and would frustrate Chico.
At 130 pounds: 70% chance that Corrales turns Pac's neck into a tee ball and he smashes Pac's head into the upper decks. 30% chance of Pac winning the fight through 3 KD rule or the corner throwing in the towel. Corrales had dynamite hands.
pac wins this one via wide ud or late stoppage, pac using his in and out tactic, occasionally slugs it out will confuse chico. too much handspeed and mobility frustrates him.
His chin has not been thoroughly tested by a prime and true 130-135 lbs heavy puncher. I just dont know if his chin can hold up. I'm a fan of Manny, but his chin durability for flush power bombs is what has worried me, all these years. He can be dominating for 11 and a half rounds, but just 1 solid punch to his chin erases all that.
The guy has fought once at 135, hasn't tasted power even in the same league as Corrales, and has knockout losses on his record. I can't give the benefit of the doubt to someone like Manny, who contrary to the rumors, is no pernell Whitaker will certainly be taking right hands from Corrales.
4 years back, when I saw on TV that Manny accepted to go up to 130 to face Erik Morales, a guy who's best weight was 122-126, I was on the verge of screaming "Dont do it Manny! It's a trap!" I thought that he was maxed out at 126, and he's just gonna be smashed by a taller, more experienced guy with good power at 122-126. So, IMO that time,Pac facing the division's actual best, like guys such as Corrales would have been catastrophic.
Too true. I have NEVER seen Manny Pac favoured in a hypothetical fight on these forums. And I have absolutely no idea why. Who the **** else does Manny have to beat the **** out of to prove himself?
That is true. But to be fair, I really am leaning on a Corrales mid round KO win this time. 6 or 7 times out of 10, at 130 pounds.
PAC KO5 I see Chico doing the 'Chico mouthpiece' strategy before the referee stop it. Pac would be too fast for Chico to comprehend.
I think Pac would win this quite convincingly. I loved watching Chico fight but I dont think he is on the same level as Pac.
If we are talking about pac who won against DLH, Pac by TKO late rounds.. his speed and mobility will be the factor... he will fire bodyshots on Chico's body... Chico, despite his undeniable power esp on his right hand, will find it hard to connect to pac.. The pac we've seen against DLH was patient and calculating, and is not dumb enough to brawl with the late awesome chico corrales
i bet you will not give pac any credit whoever he beats.. how much bets have you lost whenever pac fights? that's so sad:yep
