name as many fights where you think that one person has got a better chin and more power but you wouldnt pick to win the fight.

    here are ome of mine

    mayweather vs margarito
    calzaghe vs hopkins

i will think of some more soon

In both of those matchups the differences in power and speed aren't big at all. Also, Calzaghe's power is better than Hopkins' and Mayweather's power is about the same as Margarito's.. his chin might be too.

no i would say margarito's power is slightly bigger your getting sharpness and accuracy and speed mixed up to power and defence is not chin thats the main reason you dont beat mayweather margarito has never been stopped purely on his chin

Nah, Mayweather has been caught flush by Castillo, DLH, Judah, and Ndou (not a big name, but he had power). His chin is very good. His defense causes his chin to be underrated.

Replace N'Dou with Corely. N'Dou was never able to hit him flush, he was able to roll, block, dodge all of those punches. All in all, I still agree with you. Mayweather has very good chin. He also takes body shots exceptionally well.

You may be right, I haven't seen that fight in years. But I thought he and Ndou traded a bit.

He stood in the pocket a lot in that fight. However, N'Dou couldn't seem to hit him flush. N'Dou was hit with alot of hard shots. However, pretty much all of his punches were ineffective.

dont get me wrog i agree with it as well but margarito has a really good chin and the reason he will lose his fights or have more chance of getting stopped is cause he gets hits way more than mayweather if mayweathe were to get hit as much as margarito does we dont know wha would happen

Thats very true. Thats why Hatton would never be able to beat him. Mayweather has body armour, same with Roy Jones. Trinidad employed such a poor tactic trying to go to the body with full power instead of hunting that chin.

N'Dou's power was a myth, his record was built on stiffs, hence the gaudy number of KOs. that fight was a joke. Corley buzzed Mayweather with a temple shot. IMO Mayweather hits harder then Margarito, but not by much.
