Typical small minded Western thinking dip****.

Amatuer boxing is a joke - That much is clear the scoring and everything about it is ripe for the picking and on that level your question has a small amount of merit.

    BUT

China recruited over 40 specialist coaches over 8 years ago with specific training goals in mind and that was to win gold medals.

You know what the Chinese boxing team was guilty of? Assessing the rules of Olympic modern amatuer boxing and training to win the fights.

You bring up the fact there's a Chinese Superheavyweight like every Chinaman is some Fu Manchu looking Jacki Chan sized person in a country with 1.5 BILLION people.

Did you happen to see the Chinese Basketball centre? With your racist ******ed thinking you would assume he is actuall 7 or 8 Chinese people in a large suit making it operate with the Military precision of the opening and closing games.

The US sucked a momentus heap of fail in the Olympics because your Amatuers are trying to become propsects and make money - The Chinese wanted to win Gold medals - They trained for the ridiculous Amatuer rules system that don't even resemble a proper boxing match with almost impossible to predict scoring and they reaped the rewards.

You can ***** and moan about olympic boxing all you want - But it's sucked for 20 years now since Roy's rip off in Seoul - Don't blame the Chinese for kickin' your asses because they wanted it more and played to the tolerance of their overly officious AIBA referees.

Conrgats to the English middleweight - The final was a little sloppy but compared to the rest of the tourney it was Holyfield Bowe I.

Watch this boxing and compare it to Athens or the Worlds in Chicago last year. It took a nosedive in terms of overall level of competition and the way the scoring and officiating was conducted.
