Judah did knock him down.. he wasn't hurt. He's got great defense. An old mosley hurt him though. I don't know what would happen to him if he were hit by hard hitters during their prime.
Both times against Sugar Shane & Corley where he got caught, he knew exactly where he was and was able to defend himself. Against Shane, after being caught he went on to control the rest of the round & we all seen him spank Corley. He was hardly hurt against Judah, he came in with a right hand and got countered which knock him off balance... it should have been ruled a knock down but wasn't as his glove did touch down, but he was absolutely fine.
9/10, maybe even 9,5/10. Dude was only down once being off balance, and it wasn't counted anyway. He can't get 10 because Mosley prove that you can hurt him with a single shot, but to Floyds credit he didn't go down and recovered in time. A 10 would be Oliver McCall/Vitali Klitschko/George Chuvalo-territory.
No I don't, and I don't have any idea what you're talking about either... :huh edit: protecting the queen? sure Floyd doesn't get hit often, but he does get hit from time to time, and to this point, he took it damn well imo. no reason to suggest he is hiding anything. just because he doesn't block punches with his face mexican style doesn't mean he has to be packing glass per se. Mosley getting that clean shot in was a good thing because we found out that Mayweather actually can take bombs without going down.
Spoorloos is the title of a dutch movie, after a book by Tim Krabbé, called "Het gouden ei". Tim Krabbé is also a strong chessplayer, with a great site about everything out of the ordinary in chess, called "chess curiosities". My mistake, I guess you are Dutch though. (Or at the very least Dutch speaking). Edit: That was an amusing edit you had there
LOL Okay, now I get it... No, I'm not dutch, I'm german, and yes, the username is inspired by the great movie "Spoorloos - The Vanishing" by Tim Krabbe. That whole chess thing is new information to me though, I don't tend to go into too much detail backgroundwise with movies if it isn't absolutely neccessary for comprehension (Lynch etc). A great, very underrated hitch****esque european flick, but you better stay away from the abysmal hollywood-remake. Sorry for off topic, seems like I still can't send private messages... :huh
The remake is abysmal. Also, for me, chess had my interest before boxing, so Krabbe fires up my chess neurons before anything literature, even though I liked a some of his books quite a lot. To get back on topic, I don't know about Mayweather's chin, I think it is good, but I have no clue about how good. So I'd give it a solid 7 to 8. I do think a prime Mosley would have had a decent chance of knocking him out.
