    Lewis was age 37 when he fought Vitali.

    Vitali is age 40 (will be 41 in July) and is still going strong.

    Wladimir turns 36 in a few weeks, he's getting close to the age Lewis was when he fought Vitali.

    The title of this thread is ridiculous. Chisora is not in any place to "admit" anything. He can offer his opinion, sure, but only Vitali and Lewis can "admit" anything.

    Anyway, the judges cards are irrelevant. Lewis was clearly in the ascendancy and would have beaten Vitali by a knockout or referee stoppage in the next round or two. The result was obvious and Vitali is lucky the doctor saved him.

    In a perfect world that fight would had been ruled a TD for Vitali and an immediate rematch should had been made to erase any doubts about on which one of them was better.

    That means **** all. There are pensioners who do triathlons so why dont all old people do them?

    Its pointless comparing them as different fighters improve & decline at different ages.

    Tyson & Patterson had early primes for instance. Cuevas & Benitez became champions in their teens & were finished before they were 30.

    True, and both Klits are better now then they were 6-7 years ago.
    Lewis was on the downside of his career, but to say that Vitali was at his absolute best in that fight is something that only the brittards and ignorant haters who never saw a full fight with Vitali,say.

    Lewis won the fight, and, much like Alexander the Great, sheathed his sword for lack of arguement, and wept that there were no more worlds to conquer.

    Lewis won. This is probably fair enough (sometimes they collect the scores when an injury stops a fight but ok). Either way this is not the discussion.

    The discussion is: who was better when they fought? Did Vitaly look like he was the best. Or did Lewis look like he was the best?
