Great effort by both fighters. Reminded me a little of the Eubank v Benn wars. Can't agree with the judges though, I had Chisora winning by a couple of rounds and it hurts to say that as I cant stand the fella.
In terns of pure technique it was an very average exhibition of boxing but that didn't matter a jot. The thing which most often gets fight fans off their seats is a purely gladiatorial battle of body, mind and soul, and a almost demented desire to win in which both boxers put it all on the line and go way beyond the point where most would quit. It's amazing the dark places to which the human spirit will take a man, when two boxers refuse to bend to the will of the other. Awesome.
The best HW fight since Lyakovich and Brewster probably, at least from the casual fan point of view if you want "wars".
I like Buglioni and wanted him to win. I remember his loss against Chudinov where he practically lost every round but didn't quit even though he was beat up badly.
The Chisora of last night was hugely better than the Chisora from the Pulev fight, you could tell he was up for it. That was throwback Del-Boy.
So what you have be a certain height to be a super heavyweight its not just your weight you idiot its your physical dimensions Your infuriating to talk to about boxing you know hardly anything
Yep already paid it I believe. He did it even before the fight happened, clearly he was happy with the attention it brought to the under card of his event, Eddie knows that these kind of shenanigans sell tickets and PPV's and probably wants to encourage this kind of behaviour.
