Hearing these rumours. Hope it is not true. First of all. 4 months is a damn long time for a novice heavwyweights next fight. This is what I hate about modern boxing, how long we have to wait between fights. And Derek Chisora is an older, washed up version of Dillian Whyte so how is this a step up. It is just a fight to mug off the viewers.

I sort of sense that last night made Eddie and Anthony both think he has some major flaws and so there plans for fast tracking Anthony have now been put on hold. Got the feeling he is going to be fed some real no hopers in 2016.

No need to move him too fast. Before last night he had never been punched or beyond three rounds as a pro.

Chisora is durable and until Whyte proves otherwise, Chisora is a step up.

I think it's a good fight. He should destroy him but it is not a guarantee.

Damn, I've always been a big Chisora fan, but this will be a massacre. I'll be watching through my fingers.

Good enough for Fury to earn himself a world title shot against but not a good enough opponent for a 15 fight relative novice? Makes a lot of sense that does

Times change. Chisora showed no heart, will or fight against Fury back when they fought for a second time. He seems close to being done with boxing, unfortunately. If he is to meet Joshua now it has to be for a payday - I too would rather see him rebuild in Germany over this. As others have stated styles wise he doesn't offer much different to Whyte. Wrong timing for both I feel, but inevitable as money talks.

Even though i think Whyte has the higher ceiling, Chisora has so much more experience I believe he is a big step up.

Whilst i think Whyte can take a better punch, Chisora has better defense so is harder to hit. So it balances out a bit.

Whilst Whytes best punch the left hook is more impressive than anything in Chisora ****nal I think Chisora's right hand is atleast par with Whytes.

Chisora also has a better gas tank and is more of a swarmer compared with Whytes slugger style.

Chisora at his best will give a still green Aj hell

Chisora is a good opponent. He's better than Stiverne so after 15 fights AJ will have a better scalp than Wilder.

I don't think it's a bad fight at all. Style wise I think I'd rather him someone who can box a bit more but Chisora is a name and one that has a lot of experience too

Have people actually watched Chisora lately?

Waste of time, forget his actual form for a minute. I've watched interviews and he has said things along the lines of "I don't care about world titles, I just want money fights".

So basically he wants pay days, Whyte didn't want a pay day, he wanted to win and we got a real fight.

AJ has gone past giving none ambitious fighters pay days, Chisora is a huge step backwards in my opinion.

If Chisora wants "pay days" in the plural then he needs to put up a performance against Joshua should they fight so he gets more at decent money

Lot of decent money fights around for any Brit guys who take it serious at the moment

I don't like the fight but I think it's very harsh to criticise Joshua for inactivity.

Joshua has fought very regular since he turned pro. I wouldn't begrudge him a decent break.
