looks like he's taking his training seriously, never been this light in his career Gerber weighed in at 238
good to see. Chisora needs to have this focus for the rest of his career. no more slacking. should be good Tomorrow.
Gerber is awful... Chisora could come in at 270 and still beat him easily! We're talking about a guy who got a gift decision over Maurice Harris and lost to Sprott As much as I would like to see Chisora knocked out here, it isn't going to happen.
As much as I hate Edmund Gerber, he has a far better jab than DelBoy has seen outside of Vitali, who was injured and couldnt throw it. Helenius was only able to use his jab and L hook after rd1, so it wasnt exactly like he was mixing it up, and his jab has only gotten better in the past 2 fights due to his severe R shoulder injury. Gerbers chin aint china, and Del aint gonna be able to push him around like he did a polebean Scott and a one armed Helenius. This is gonna be a lot closer than ppl think. And I think we may finally see both these guys at their VERY best, win or lose.:think
Should be a decent fight although Gerber is probably less dangerous than Scott, still a guy with his 0 intact.
No, just the 2 he mentioned :bart And he's lucky those 2 opponents did, else DelBoy would have sustained beatdowns to Helenius and an aging Vitali
He was down and badly hurt against Oloukun. He was really close to be KO'd against Wilson. Harris won every round against him. Sprott outpointed him. If Oloukun was pummeling him around the ring what do you think Chisora will do?
Gerber needed a couple of hometown decisions against journeymen and a awful British stoppage against Sprott in their first encounter (he lost the rematch) to keep his 0 as long as he has. To say Gerber is probably less dangerous as Scott is an understatement. :yep
