People's eyes allegedly have seen him slap, spit and threaten on telly, but it doesn't mean he's done it, so Gsora is completely innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Threatening to shoot someone is a ciminal matter, now if they ban Chisora for a threat of violence, but excuse Canelo for actual violence, they are opening himself up to litigation.
