If somehow Chisora wins, firstly he could dump the WBC belt because it means little in the big scale of things, then refuse to fight Wlad, then defend? against Haye and any other UK opponents out there. How on Earth can some Governing body of any sport fine someone without a review or inquest? Your hardly likely to get a fair review if the boss said your getting a fine. $50k would seem a bit steep if it's true?
