With a bit of luck, the incident would be fully captured on CCTV surveillance footage. In England, Chisora would probably receive 6 months for shooting David and 18 months for the burning of David's body (illegal burning creating polluted air).

I think a 3 month suspension and a 50K fine are more than adequate for his antics. As the TS points out there have been far worse happenings in the sports, and in reality all his and Hayes actions did was draw attention to the sport and although the attention may have been bad attention, it certainly drew some attention from the casual fan and created hype in future fights for either guy and the K2.:deal
He's not really banned for life. He has to pay them money and take an 'anger management course' (which they will probably offer for a fee) and then they will 'reconsider' his suspension.
