Dissapointed, was hoping he would represent himself. Will the hearing be on the telly Colin?

you hire a QC,but the facts are He spat on someone /He slapped someone/walked down to deliberative cause harm to someone else/

these are the facts, and no excuse can make up for it!

That's not a fact, that's an opinion, as it was David that threw the first punch. There's a possibility that this was his intention, however due to the fact that he didn't actually throw the first punch means that this can't be considered fact.

If Haye felt like he was in a real danger with a 17st head case comming towards him in a threatening manor, can he not use reasonable force to protect himself.

No, he can **** off out of a Press Conference that he had no business being in, he can try not inflaming the situation by shouting derogatory comments at "the head case coming towards him" or he could have chosen to not turn up in the first place. All better idea's than starting a brawl in the middle of a Press Conference, in front of the World's press like a loud mouthed thug.

    Haye is scum.

Chisora and Fr.an.k are taking a leaf out of Chelsea's book bringing lawyers into sports hearings.

It's certainly a statement of intent from team allegedly.

To be honest, I suspect that any lawyer half worth their salt could get him off scott-free. Although I wouldn't be surprised if all parties accept a short ban, virtually meaningless in boxing terms, or something, to save face for all concerned.

Nonsense, Haye was press accredited and had every right to be there. People shouldn't have to amend their behaviour just because a boorish bully like Chisora might kick off.
