Thats not relevant really, granted Chisora shouldn't have reacted the way he did, however Haye was the aggressor when it came to physical aggression, and I think that will be the basis for him defending himself in the hearing. I'm not saying Chisora is innocent, just he didn't attack Haye first.

 

This is a shot across the bows from fwank with the clear & present threat of extreamly long & financial litergation should the BBBc deny Chisora & Fwank his right to earn a meagre crust & the BBBc ai'nt got the lolly to get dragged into protracted ruiness financial litigation & fwankie knows that & thats what fwank will always do if you threaten any of his cash cows so expect the board to don red wigs & parker coats by way of countering said threat:yep

 

Who cares anymore? Chisora got handled, he can get all the lawyers he wants and get off without a ban, but it still won't hide the fact he was brutalised by the man who he said he was going to slap about

 

I think that if you bother to watch the video in a dispassionate way you will find that Haye only spoke when spoken to, or rather was baited, first.

 

You conveniently ignored the first part. But regardless, chisora's behaviour was clearly threatening. Given his behaviour that weekend pretty much any court would see Haye's response as reasonable. Del put his head and the Mic right in David's face.

I'm.not sure why Haye should be responsible for chisora deciding to escalate the situation.

 

This is the 4th he's been in trouble with the BBBoC, once or twice is bad enough but he is starting to take the ****.

It isnt an isolated affair, its 3 seperate incidents over the weekend & he was to blame for all of them.

 

Haye did what he had to do confronted with a guy who had acted like a tit all weekend, he deserved the round of applause Vitali gave him.

 

Chisora appears to have a very serious mental problem..................
