    Chisora picked up another good win against Washington. I did not see it can cannot tell you if it was deserved or not, but Washington is right there with Takam, Pulev and Szpilka as good, solid resume wins. Good for him!

    Wilder loses another notch in the scheme of things. Washington was probably one of his better "title defenses." Now we can definitively say that one of his top-five wins is a notch below Derrick Chisora.

    Good job Del Boy! Tough break, Deontay.

    Before the fight pretty much everyone thought that Chisora was better than Washington, hence Chisora was a 1/5 favourite and even @Dubblechin wasn't giving Washington much of a chance or happy he was fighting. Washington actually overperformed relative to expectations by making it a hard fight for Chisora and taking him the distance. Chisora is probably better than all of Wilder's opponents not named Fury and Ortiz, though the Stiverne who went 12 with Wilder and KO'd Arreola would have been a stylistic problem for him. Against Wilder's opponents I think Chisora would go about 40-6, with 4 defeats by stoppage.

    Chisora is a good fighter though, he's not a punchline. Wlad pulled out twice with "injuries", never fought him. Arguably Vitali's best opponent beaten, gave him his 3rd closest fight. Gave Usyk one of his hardest and most competitive fights. Most on Boxrec believe that he beat Helenius, Whyte 1 and Parker 1. Perhaps the best Chisora would have beaten the Povetkin that Joshua beat, who was coming off a tough fight with Price, who Chisora ran through.

    Wilder's stock increased last night according to the oddsmakers, who now make him a 60-40 favourite against Joshua. This is due to Joshua going 7 rounds with and getting busted up by a fighter who 10 months ago was wiped out flawlessly in 1 round by Wilder.

    If Chisora insists on continuing to fight, I'd like to see a Helenius rematch. I suspect Robert would be the favourite now but it would still add to his legacy as a warrior either way.

    Do you not realize Chisora looked like crap ?

    The fact that it went the distance should be concerning. Washington even has his moments. Even knowing that he's old and shopworn, Chisora still should've demolished Washington in 6 or less

    Not really, Washington won about 4 rounds and managed to rock Del Boy at least four or five times, while Chisora plodded around the ring like Godzilla stuck in quicksand, throwing haymakers which settled into him jabbing to the stomach because he got tired of being rocked. While Washington took 4 rounds off of Wilder, didn't rock him once and then got knocked the **** out. If anything Chisora's lackluster performance raised Wilder's stock.

    Joshua took 7 rounds to KO a worse version of Helenius that Wilder KTFO'd in 1 round;

    Chisora put in one of his worst performances in years confirming he is totally shot to pieces, couldn't put a dent in a much worse version of Washington that Wilder KTFO'd;

    And your main takeaway from all this is that Wilder's stock has decreased?

    There's having biases towards/against certain fighters, and then there's completely disregarding all logic and reason.

    Chisora looked awful, and Washington did nothing. Seemed that when Washington let his hands go he nailed him cleanly, he just did that once every 2 or 3 rounds though. I hope we've seen the last of both,,

    I don't really see how Washington is 41 years old and had been stopped in 3 out of his last 4 fights, it was probably perfect opponent for Chisora at this stage in his career to look good against, and he failed to impress or stop Washington.

    The only thing this fight told us is that Chisora, Washington, are completely shot and need to retire.

    When you are faced with a 41 year-old heavyweight who holds his hands like 1995-era Roy Jones - the mission brief reads: get that clown the **** out of there!

    Speaks volumes that Chisora couldn't.

    Far be it from me to give Wilder credit for anything but Wilder gave Washington his first loss, as a prime fighter. 2 extremely post prime fighters going the distance and not looking at all good doing it doesn't affect Wilder's standing at all. That's weird to think so.

    Especially since he's the only person that beat Washington that couldn't stop him

    The only thing about Chisora's performance was his wife's ass. Otherwise, he went on a death match with a guy who came in with absolutely no intent on winning the fight.

    I don't get the Brit love for this guy. He's not funny, he's done some disgraceful pre-fight stuff (spitting water in an opponents face), he's facing physical and mental degrading, and basically he sucks as a boxer. 'enry Cooper woulda moidered this bum.
