As I mentioned yesterday, I can't see those scars without thinking that Gabe was actually sweating gravy.

Chisora is in decent shape when you compare him to most of the heavyweights these days. But then most heavyweights these days walk around at a minimum of 15% body fat which may not be a lot, but is not what you would associate with an athlete. Apart from a few guys heavyweights these days seem to follow the Riddick Bowe guide to nutrition.

If Chisora was in top shape he'd probably have to shed at least 15lbs. I still don't understand why heavyweights can't come in at a decent weight. I think a part of the Klitschko's success comes down to simply being in condition because apart from Haye and Adamek I can't think of another top heavyweight that looks to be in the best condition.

Chisora isn't a disgrace to boxing, he's just not a world class fighter (maybe not even Euro-class?).

Why else do you think Frank Warren, a promoter known for protecting fighters, is throwing him to the lions?

He's just giving Chisora the big payday he's unlikely to ever see again.

What is a disgrace is that fact Wlad offered Chisora this mismatch in the first place.

As much as I would like to see Del Boy win, he is a British level fighter with only 14 pro fights to his name and no amatuer pedigree.

Don't tell me there was no-one else better for Wlad to face!

I think when you take out people that Wlad himself has already beaten, or have been well beaten by Vitali, or have turned down a direct offer of a fight, or have turned down entering the IBF #1 Contender tournament, you end up guys who arguably aren't that much better than Chisora.

It's not like there is a legit contender out there who's crying out for a shot and is being avoided.

No one thinks Chisora has much of a chance! Its a stay busy fight for wald cause everyone else is either taken or unwilling to fight
