Great knockout for Chizzy last night and the 'WAR' show goes on. The names on his resume are something else - Vitali Klitschko, David Haye, prime Pulev, prime Helenius, Whyte, Tyson Fury, Takam. He's fought everybody and gave a good account of himself in most instances. He's living the life now and making the most of the rest of his career as I said in another thread. He threw shots with extremely bad intentions last night and froze Spzilka in time. He dealt with Takam better than AJ and Spzilka better than Wilder. He arguably beat Whyte in the first fight and was a round and a half away from winning the second. He blows hot and cold for sure but the guy has given us lots of entertainment over the years. It's great to have him on form and involved in the current scene.

Which brings me to a potential Parker fight. I love it and think he could win a very close decision which propels him right into the top 10. I'd love to see him get an AJ fight and the money that goes with it. What do you guys think?

I’d love Del Boy to do it but I’d fancy Parker. His chin is granite and he’s a decent boxer. I’d expect Parker to be picking up the rounds and not too sure if Del Boy could get him out of there, but then again look at Takam! He was all over him and then out of nowhere that big overhand right!

    War Chisora.

I reckon, Parker to win clearly on points but in a competitive and very good fight. I hope it gets made.

I'd forgotten before this weekend that I quite like Chisora. Style wise I think Parker is all wrong for him though

Unfortunately of the 7 names you mentioned he lost to all but one of them.

When creating a resume it's best to highlight successes not failures!

Chisora if he goes in with fire in his belly, without meaning to sound harsh but I think Parker is quiet soft and has no fighting instinct.

Fight could go two ways. An absolute war, or Parker sticking behind jab and moving. Fight goes the distance either way. Has the potential to be a classic, also has the potential to be a stinker.

Don’t think the fight gets made though. Surely it’d have to be in Britain, and no way the fight gets made without Hearn losing a few quid on a none PPV event.

Unless they stuck it on a potential Khan Brook undercard. Or stick it on PPV in a triple header which is what Hearn hinted at.

    Whyte vs Tune up
    Chisora Parker
    Callum Smith unification?

Love Chisora. My missus is a fan, too. He’s as daft as a brush and if matched well he is very entertaining. I don’t think he beats Parker though, we’ve seen a number of times what he’s like against fighters who can jab and move on the backfoot. Parker has variety to his work but he’ll know the best way to deal with big Dereck is to double jab and move off to the side. Chisora’s head soon goes down when he’s chasing a fight.

I like the Parker fight I have to say. Del Boy is a great character and always puts an honest shift in.

I would have to slightly favour Parker - fast hands, youth and is durable but Chisora has proved me wrong before and hope he does again.

Looked dialled in at the weekend.

    I'd prefer the Povetkin fight.

But, Del with his new found commitment has every chance against Parker, follow the Dillian blueprint of roughing him up massively (and that's something he is good at) during the fight.

Matchroom room ref, home crowd, overhand right - boom.

    Bring on AJ.

Parker should be able to box Del without too much trouble, but a good fight for both men.
