It's an open workout! All the proper stuff is done and dusted. They aren't exactly going to show their true form and let the opposition camp watch closely for mistakes they can capitalize on! They are just throwing hands, that's all, not "training" as such.

He's always had an excellent jab... just doesn't use it anywhere near enough. Could have been a great tool against Wlad even if he wasn't having much success landing it, if for nothing else than to make Wlad more cautious of what was coming his way but Haye always neglects his jab in fights which is silly really. There is no punch more important and Haye has a good one.

In response to the OP. I think Haye looks in fantastic shape. I mentioned it in another thread, that you can see clear definition of his trapezium muscles (2 muscles running parralel to the spine). This is one of the hardest muscles in the body to train and is always a good indication of a very fit individual. Something you usually only see in bodybuilders after a hard cutting phase.

Chisora did look a bit sloppy in that sparring session. didn't really land much of note and took several punches on his way in. Against Haye he needs much better head and upper body movement and use of the jab otherwise this fight won't be competative

Been saying this for a while now, but I'm convinced chisora wins a decision.

He has the perfect style to beat haye, wait and see

Haye rarely goes all-out in these media workouts. Also, he had weights taped to his gloves. Crazy ****, eh :yep

He did? I didn't notice that. That's a great idea. It's like when after you shadow box a few rounds with light dumbells it makes your hands really fly when you put them down!

Yup. Have you seen the second episode to that Haye-Chisora build-up? They show it there. You'll notice in your workout vids how overly thick that white tape is on his gloves.

Good way of replicating tired, heavy arms for late on in a fight. I'd be surprised if he doesn't tape weights to his ankles, either.
