Pulev has been on my radar for a while now,'' said Chisora. ''He's a great athlete and he has my respect, but come fight night, I'm not messing around. I'm coming to mess this guy up. I'm going to outwork him and out strength him. I'll be all over him from the first bell.

''I'm excited for the opportunity. This is a chance for me to prove myself against one of the top fighters in the division and get back into a position to challenge for the world title. I'm in great shape. I'm training harder than ever and I'm ready to go. This is going to be one of my best fights ever!''

Looks like the Cobra is in big trouble :deal:deal:deal:deal

Chisora is shot to bits.... He doesn't have the power to cause Pulev much problem. Pulev dissects him with jab and might beat him up enough for the corner to throw the towel in late, but if that doesn't happen Chisora will fight on to the cards.

Agree. The blogs are way too high on Pulev and way too low on Chisora. Pulev's best win is Thompson, who was also beaten by Scott, who, yes, was beaten by Chisora. Del Boy's beaten more top guys than Pulev, he's just lost a lot more because he's faced MUCH better comp (and always put up a good showing in his losses to top 3 hw's, except his second fight to now champ Fury). Also, stylistically, Pulev doesn't have the power or work rate to keep Chisora off him. Finally, there is as good a chance that Pulev is shot as there is Chisora is shot. Neither can ko the other, but I think Del Boy will outwork Pulev.

I'm suspect this might be a Chisora Helenius 2, with Chisora giving the better performance but getting robbed because he's fighting in his opponents back yard and because he is expected to lose. Hope I'm wrong and whoever wins the fight gets the credit.

Good to see Chisora in shape, he doesn't really have the power to stop Pulev easily so his best chance is to out work him and try and get a decision.

I never been that impressed with Pulev, he doesn't move well, I can see Chisora's pressure giving him problems as I don't think he has the power to back Chisora up or to make him hesitate to come in.

I think this will be far more competitive than some think, Chisora has a chance if he can keep his work rate up and keep the pressure on. I think Chisora can do enough to win the majority of the rounds.

Hope both men will turn up in best shape and give us a good, action packed fight. Pulev's my favourite for this fight but, as others have pointed, Chisora has his chances too. Stakes are pretty high too, with a potential world title shot.

I think this will be quite one sided in Pulev's favour.

chisora doesn't have one credible win to his name. his biggest accomplishment (getting "robbed" versus helenius) was just wiped off of the map by duhaupas. chisoras only redeeming quality, an iron chin, has been gone since haye shattered it. he required british stoppages to get past pala and gerber, who both had him in trouble.
