Posted this elsewhere, guess now's a good time to expand on it a little.
Boxers who have had trouble negotiating with the Klitschkos:

    Tua - "Lowball offer"

    Toney - "Chump Change"
    http://www.fighthype.com/pages/content7069.html

Dimitrenko - "Mutual benificial terms, not those being offered by K2"
    http://www.***********.com/?m=show&id=31865

Adamek - "The Klitschko brothers offer their opponents little money. If they want to fight me and offer the right amount of money, I will fight them."

    Lennox Lewis -
    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/boxing...-Interview.php

Lewis: At one time, we tried to make this fight and his promoter was lying to the Klitschko brothers and overpriced himself trying to get extra money. I feel good and confident about the fight and I am ready to go.

Maybe they learned from an old promoter eh?

Mormeck - asking for "too much money" -

Haye - "contract an utter joke"

    Povetkin - "Slave Contract"

Valuev - "Conditions which were offered by Vitali which didn't satisfy my promoters or me"

For the above links replace the * with the scene.

Chisora - signing a 3 fight deal he was "told to keep silent about"

I put a fair bit of effort into that. Look at those names and compare them to who they have fought!

    Did I miss anyone out?

Dunno man. If you could drag a quote up from Ruiz that would sweet.

Perhaps Maskaev too? Or Rahman around the 4 or 5 cancelled fights.

Maybe not. Perhaps knowing that Rahman retired Vitali might be too much for this forum to bear.

I'm pretty sure the only reason Wlad didn't go hard for the WBC belt was because his brother's name was still on it.

Question: do you have even a shred of doubt inside you that Wlad could unify if the fights became available and his brother was not around?

I have no idea, and I can't give him any credit for it. My guess is that he chose Chisora due to a combination of factors. Firstly, it may raise Wlad's profile in Britain. Secondly, pickings are pretty slim. Wlad stays pretty busy, and every champ deserves a few easy fights between the tough ones. But Wlad hasn't really had any tough ones, and this one is beyond easy. It's an embarrassment.

Anyway, the outcome is an absolutely foregone conclusion.

    Other things to note:

No-one has been able to debate the point that as Chisora has not earned a title shot then it is reasonable to make some concessions because of this. Given that the concession is a clause that will never become effective, this is a tiny concession to make.

Also. While this thread has shown those people who have a pathological hatred for the Klitchkos, I have yet to see any criticism leveled at Derek Chisora. You know, the ear-biting ****wit?

It is justifiable to level criticism at Wlad. Not for those reasons shrilly bleated within this thread. However there are reasons.
Firstly, picking a fight with a nobody loser. Wlad's one of the more dominant champs in history, he would beat anyone with ease (apart from Vitali) in the whole division. Yet he picks.... Chisora? Seriously, that's bad form.
Secondly, giving a total ****wit a huge payday that he doesn't deserve, and credibility that he hasn't earned. There are guys who have actually fought and fought to get that opportunity. Yet Wlad gives it to one of the divisons biggest tossers. Again, that's just embarrassing to any Wlad fan.

Of course, those are just a couple of blights on an otherwise pretty good career. Compare that to the ****up that is Dick Cheese... well, I know who I would rather be a fan of.

What if Wlad wins the rematch? Is it automatically a trilogy, or is He now forced to face Vitali? Or can he take in easy defense in say....er.....oh ya, Chisor WAS the easy defense.

Another question. People are arguing that Chisora should have an opportunity to have maybe a gimme fight if he was to beat Wlad once, and definitely twice. But, with himself not a viable opponent for himself, who would be an easier fight?

    Tyson Fury maybe?

Actually, imagine if you could combine both Fury and Chisora! A boxer who would bite himself!

    Awesomeness.

remove vitali from the equation, and it becomes a reasonable contract.

Chisora would get a chance at winning the WBC title though, and from the contract stipulation wouldn't have to rematch Vitali?

With the 1000 to 1 possibility that Chisora will have to fight Vitali included in the contract?

It is still way too good for ole Dick Cheese.

But by beating Wlad he would become the Lineal Champion so Vitali would fight him given the opportunity anyway, to unify. Vitali doesn't need to be part of this contract to make that fight happen. It's just a way for K2 to have a monopoly and promotional rights for this fight. Which would also give them the ability to choose ring size, gloves ect as well as being able to contract in purse shares for all 3 fights before hand. It's a ***** move.

Give Chisora the Wlad fight with rematch clause. Then if Vitali wants to fight for unification that's a whole new contract negotiation, at a location of Chisoras choice, with the purse split more fairly and with the clauses Chisora wants in place as he would be THE CHAMP
