best reply on this thread so far. Great reply, and spot on :thumbsup

Rematch clauses are common in boxing these days, and I think a clause that Chisora, who is getting a free shot, would have to give Wlad a rematch (should he, Chisora, win) is perfectly ok.
But why would he have to face another fighter after that? That has nothing to do with a rematch, and it's totally unacceptable. I know the Klitschkos are brothers, but they're still 2 different fighters. They're not a tag-team, and they shouldn't be considered as that. Nobody can disagree on that, right?

The Pacquiao/Bradley analogy is great, but some here won't be able to make a connection to the Klitschko/Chisora deal.
So for the Klitschko defenders here: what would you say if Haye requested of Audley Harrison to fight, let's say, Derek Chisora, should Harrison beat Haye? Would that be acceptable too then?

And I'm not a Haye fan, so any Klitschko nuthugger trying to attack me on that level can forget about that.

    No.

According to Warren, Chisora is up for a 50-50 in any rematch.

Again, its fairly common for the details of such contracts to be confidential.

no big deal. The Klitschkos are hardly going to retalliate now that Chisara has made it public.

Nothing in there out of the ordinary.

Corrie Sanders was tied up for his next four fights when he fought Wlad in 03.
And that was Universum who had the sisters back then...

1st chisora loses first fight anyway meaning this rotation aint happening

2nd Chisora should be happy to even be in this position and even get his shot now

3rd if Chisora pulls it off then pulls it off again we have a unified champ and a new star

if he beats Wlad and loses to Vitali we have a unified champ and would be interesting when Vitali retires to see what happens to Wlad in that scenario

    Source?
Three fight deals aren't out of the ordinary? Can you name a contract where if the guy won, he had an immediate rematch and, if he won that, he had to face a separate fighter?

If all brothers were the same, we would have seem Marquez/Vazquez II and III and then Rafa would have called JMMarquez in to finish the job off. Disgraceful.

What i find it funny that you defend greedy ******* Haye for not sharing the uk ppv money to either Klits to make it 50/50 split but yet you're crying about this contract deal? Too behonest i don't like it but at the same time it didn't bother Chisora that much now did it? He's 14-0 in which he's a prospect. He don't need a title shot soon but he took it and signed it without any problems. He has a chance to make history of being the first fighter to beat both Klits. What i find it more funny? Chisora signed to fight Wlad with those contracts deal but yet Haye won't agree to a 50/50 split with no options? lol. Chisora is the only england fighter that got the guts to fight a Klits while the other is a greedy coward.

50/50 is a sham when Chisora would have the title and Wlad would be the challenger...AND K-2 promotions would be taking a hefty fee on top of the split...

Yeah, even if it is 50/50, Chisora would deserve more than that. He'd be the number 1 heavyweight in the world, he'd have four titles - yet he would deserve 50%?

    Exactly.

I respect Vitali, but they need to be their own person.
