Anyone else change their minds about the outcome of this potential fight? Six months ago i'd have given it to Fury on points but Chisora looked like an absolute handful tonight and, given the problems Fury had with McD's style in fight one and Fury's evident stamina problems, I really think Chisora could do a number on him. Thoughts?
Far To Much For Tyson. Del Boy has a touch of class along with his 80's style of heavyweight fighting. To mature and to focused to lose to Tyson. A while back would of had Tyson down as the winner (when he came on scene) but he hasn't knuckled down and Del Boy has. To Classy for Tyson.
Fury would get smacked up , he would be holding and finding a way out.. Fury should stay away and take training seriously.
That's what Haye called him. He comes to fight, moves the head well, puts punches together and is aggressive and finishes nicely.
Fury seems to be oblivious as to how to use his height and range effectively in the ring, and although he seems to be able to tie his opponents up well when hes in close his work is generally poor inside (can fire in some nice body shots) Chisora would have to be favourite. Hes looked far more accomplished in every department. The only thing against him is height and reach difference, which Fury won't be able to take advantage of.
I completely agree. He seems to think that a tall man with a massive reach should be fighting on the inside and then tying up. I really hope he changes trainer and gets in the gym otherwise even Big Larry will be kicking his ass
The only conclusion at this point in time is a clear Chisora win. Tyson has been sloppy, raw and flabby in his recent fights. So frustrating because he's shown tiny glimpse's of class. If he knuckles down, trains and eats right with his size he could have a real future. At this point in time Del Boy is miles ahead of him and a fight between the two shouldn't even be contemplated.......... Although all that can change in one fight. It would be ****ing exciting times if Fury really put the effort in and sort's himself with a proper trainer. Chisora/Fury/Price as well as Dallas/Towers/Larry.. If someone comes out on top against a few of them then they'll have a solid platform to go on and attempt big things.
furys got all the credentials, he's from gypsy stock, his dad was a bare knuckle boxer, he's massive, he's confident, he's fearless, he looks like he hits hard. it all sounds good but when he fights he cant seem to impress unless he fights bums. i want tyson to do well but i dont see him getting much further than the British title unless he sorts his fitness out. chisora has by far the better engine and probably hits as hard. i dont think it would last more than 5 rounds due to furys conditioning.
