Boxing News carried a quote from Sky saying they were happy to run two ppvs close together.

And the SSN item that broke the story mentioned that the Haye camp didn't want the fight to clash with the royal wedding. Klitschkos and Boente have said the same.

That's pretty much where my head's at - I know Del's chances are as slim as can be, but I'm getting behind him (no homo).
