Depends how old version of Valuev.
Valuev version from his last 2 pro fights? Chisora via decision.
More fresh Valuev's versions had stopped Chisora if they had fought. Valuev was not so unskilled like ppl think and he is very large even if compare with 240-260 lbs pro boxers. Chisora will not bully these more fresh Valuev versions and had been stopped.

    Valuev TKO.

Valuev was 7ft tall, Chisora 6ft 1. If you're gonna beat someone of this height difference you need speed and skill, Chisora doesn't have much of either.

Valuev would jab the crap out of Chisora and eventually wear him down.

Younger Valuev wasn't as slow either as people like to make out. He looked slow because he's so huge.

    Valuev decision 9/10 times.

Too much range against an opponent who isnt a trickster and doesnt work his way onto the inside. Valuev would lean all over Chisora and tire the life out of him.

Del Boy bases his whole game plan around closing the range. But he'd need a step ladder to do this against Valuev.

No version of Chisora wins this fight...

He wasn't so slow and still he never was nor fast nor unskilled boxer.
He had some very serious problems with joints as far as I had get.
I a bit know 2 lads who had boxed vs Valuev.
It was even with low fat approx 300 lber and tough ribcage and arms as hell.
One lad told: I had hit his ribs and it was like I had hit large oak.
If they had hit his guard on elbows or lower arms bones, it was nightmare for them.
Long ago over the hill Valuev from his last 2 fights? I think he didn't had managed to hit Chisora enough to win decision.
    If Chisora had proper gameplan.
Younger versions: Chisora had not get till cards.
I'm not sure that even in best shape Wlad or Vitali etc large boxers might KO him.
While there is damn big stuff: over the hill version I think majority from top 10 HW and cruiserweight boxers had won via decision.
He then was too slow and very predictable.
Instead of Haye there might had been xx current top boxers and I think they had won via UD.
Holy fight? Valuev is very large and Holy small. I think they should had redo this fight. I didn't had scored this for Valuev or Holy.
Difficult to see action in depth etc factors.

Depends on the version of Valuev and the version of Chisora. Also depends on the referee. Chisora has been getting away with all sorts in his last 3-4 fights.

That's a good one. Chisora's upper body movement, which I don't think achieves enough to offset the energy cost against fighters his height, might be a lot more effective against Valuev.

Would have to go with Suger Nic via cleard UD. He wasn't great by any means, but a tad underrated IMO.
