Chisora vs Avila confirmed April 20th

It's more then likely that Don Charles did not like what he was seeing from Chisora during training and probably had a word in Frank's ear that Pala could well beat him and get someone alot less skilled for April 20th so Frank had no choice then to drop Pala and bring in Avila.

Chisora can be forgiven a soft opponent this time, but i'd have preferred to see him in with someone like Vinny Maddalone who would at least give him a bit of a workout...

 

It was listed on the Boxnation website up until this latest news. I suppose it's becoming vague about what the definition of 'official' is these days

 

I've got no axe to grind against anyone but these last minute changes of late are becoming a nightmare for fans.

USA robs posts are more balanced than terminators ridiculous posts that sound like a promotion of a promoter,he defends total indefensible bull**** fights and promotes the(excellent) BOXNATION like a tv trailer

I strongly conclude from reading posts this week that terminator x is indeed somebody from fwp,who is determined to affect general opinion on domestic situations

Yes,mate,agreed.I remember something similar happening a long time ago and mentioning it to a bloke who'd been involved in promotion,albeit at a lower level.Reply was"Oh,thats nothing new,kid.I was pulling that stunt years ago"He's dead now,but he landed at Normandy.

 

Chisora does need the win, and it will still be good to see him in action again. Hope and expect that he'll be out within the next 3 months after for sure, look forward to it.

 

Hope he is,and for his career it'd be better if it was at a lower level than his last few.With a view to maybe upping it in 2014.But the lad is so erratic and unpredictable,sometimes seems so disinterested.
Going back to the opponent,his manager dropped a hint a while ago,saying this opponent wouldn't be up to much.But if he'd mentioned this lad then,it might have cost a few tickets.
